Sleep on It
We ask that you try your new mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body to adjust to the new support system before initiating a return.
Contact Support
If you still feel it isn't the right fit after the 30-night break-in period, email our customer service team with your order number to start the process.
Schedule Removal
We will coordinate with a local charity or recycling partner to pick up the mattress from your home at no additional cost to you.
Receive Your Refund
Once the pickup is confirmed by our partner, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
